How long does it take to do the Genius You programme?
The Foundation programme takes six weeks and the Defence Smashing programme takes four weeks. Whichever programme you undertake, you will start to see positive changes in your life from the very first session.
How much work is involved to complete a Genius You programme?
Each session for either programme is 1 - 2 hours for the first session and then one hour for each following session. Also, you will need to schedule 30 minutes each week to complete homework throughout the duration of the programme.
How can I pay for the programme?
We are very happy to discuss a payment plan to suit your budget.
When can I start?
In most cases you will be able to start immediately.
Do you offer refresher programmes?
Not currently, but once your course is complete, you can book one off individual sessions with Simone.
